About MyStats 2020

Malaysia Statistics Conference (MyStats) was organised for the first time in 2012 and since then, the programme was conducted annually except in 2014 and 2019 because ISI Regional Statistics Conference 2014 and 62^nd ISI World Statistics Congress 2019 were organised by Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM), Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), Malaysia Institute of Statistics (ISM) and International Statistical Institute (ISI). This event had been directly involved in the success of this prestigious international congress.

MyStats programme will continue in 2020 with the theme Census Shapes Nation’s Future jointly organised by DOSM, BNM and ISM. MyStats is held to discuss new analysis and findings as well as exchange views and ideas between statisticians, researchers, statistics expert and data users on challenges in the compilation, use and dissemination of official statistics.

We are pleased to invite you to share your views and contribute papers for 7^th MyStats 2020 which will be held on 20 October 2020 (Tuesday) and Virtual Short Course on 22 October 2020 (Thursday) at Department of Statistics, Malaysia. The programme will also be held online via FB Live and Webinar. You are all invited to join.
