Negeri Sembilan is located in the west of Peninsular Malaysia and bounded: 
i. Selangor in the north; 
ii. Pahang in the east; 
iii. Johor in the southeast; 
iv. Melaka in the south; and 
v. Straits of Malacca in the west.
